Dear patients,
The entire medical practice team is welcoming you again since the end of lockdown (May 11, 2020). We have implemented maximum safety measures to welcome you at our aesthetic medical center.
Maximum safety measures
These strict hygiene measures are designed to protect patients, the practice's staff, and to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible.
We therefore ask that you strictly observe the following points:
- If you have experienced symptoms such as fever above 38°C (100.4°F), cough, unusual fatigue, body aches, loss of taste or smell, or digestive issues (diarrhea) in the past few days, please postpone your appointment or take a COVID-19 test within the 3-4 days before your appointment and share the results with us so that we can confirm your visit.
- Please let us know before your arrival if you have been diagnosed with COVID and when, if a member of your household has had COVID, or if you have been in contact with someone with COVID in the past 15 days.
- We only accept one accompanying person for minors. Otherwise, please come alone or have your companion wait outside the practice.
- Anyone entering the practice is required to wear a mask and to disinfect their hands with the hand sanitizer at reception. You must keep your mask on until Dr Kron or a nurse asks you to remove it for your examination or treatment (handling it only by the straps, without any contact between your hands and the mask itself).
- Please touch as few things as possible and keep your phone in your pocket.
- In the waiting room, sit at least two meters away from other people. No reading material will be provided, so please bring your own if you wish.
- Restrooms will not be available.
- Before coming to your consultation, please take your temperature and note it at the bottom of the COVID-19 information form. We may take it again upon your arrival and decide to cancel your consultation as a precaution if you have a fever.
IMPORTANT: On the day of your appointment, please bring this completed and signed COVID-19 information form (French).
Thank you, and we remain available for any questions you may have.
