The biorevitalizing peel is ideal before summer, as it does not require any social downtime or additional sun precautions.
The PRX T33 peel is the latest generation of TCA peel. It effectively stimulates skin regeneration without causing epidermal exfoliation or other side effects. Unlike other TCA peels, its active ingredient is combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
The presence of hydrogen peroxide has a dual effect:
- It neutralizes the action of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) on the surface of the epidermis, preventing any exfoliation or flaking and, therefore, any social downtime in the days following the peel.
- It promotes the production of collagen and elastin by fibroblasts in the deeper layer of the epidermis by releasing the action of the 33%-concentrated TCA at that level.
- It acts on your skin by transforming it "like a dry sponge into a wet sponge."
- It enhances the action of treatments combined with it, which also penetrate the epidermis better as a result: laser, combined peel, mesolifts or mesotherapy…
The biorevitalizing peel is particularly well suited to plumping and restoring the radiance of the skin on the face, neck, hands or décolleté, and to reducing stretch marks and scars.
The PRX T33 peel is an ideal spring peel, as it does not cause epidermal exfoliation. This means it is possible to be exposed to the sun in the weeks and months that follow without any additional precautions. Of course, it remains important to apply sun protection in all cases of prolonged sun exposure, to avoid premature skin aging.
A biorevitalizing peel is also suitable during the summer months, as it is suited to all skin types, including tanned skin.
