The principle of Motiva Preservé
Channel Separator
This single-use separator creates a tunnel in the breast pocket to facilitate insertion of the inflatable balloon. Its tapered tip allows for a gentle separation of internal tissues through a circular rotating motion, preserving the breast tissue that provides the breast's natural support.
Inflatable Balloon
This single-use inflatable balloon creates space for the implant by gently and gradually stretching the breast tissue in a radial motion. Once inserted, it is inflated to create the volume corresponding to the implant that will be placed, while preserving breast tissue as much as possible.
Insertion Sleeve

What happens during the procedure
Pre-operative consultation
A consultation is essential to review your expectations and your anatomy (breast size, shape, skin quality) before considering breast augmentation with Motiva Preservé.

The day of the procedure
You can leave the clinic about two hours after the procedure, after a rest period, post-operative care, and a follow-up visit with the surgeon.
The result of the procedure is visible immediately, but cannot be considered final due to slight post-operative edema inherent to the surgical act, however minimally invasive it may be. The procedure is, in fact, very mildly painful.
A particularly simple recovery
You can resume your daily activities immediately after the procedure, as long as they don't involve exertion or risk of impact. It is nonetheless advisable to rest for the first few days for optimal recovery. In the following days, you can resume your usual social life and professional activities.
