These implants provide an even more natural result and greater safety for patients.</p>\n<h2>A more natural result to the touch and during movement</h2>\n<p>Like first-generation Ergonomix® implants, <strong>Ergonomix2®</strong> implants allow the <strong>implant to deform</strong> according to gravity. In a way, these implants could be called \"anatomizable.\" When the patient is lying on her back, the round implant \"spreads out\" to mimic what a natural breast would do in this position. They offer an <strong>even more natural result</strong> than first-generation Ergonomix implants thanks to SuperSilicones®, ProgressiveGel Ultima® and TrueMonobloc+® technologies.</p>\n<p>Traditional anatomical breast implants have the drawback of feeling somewhat \"rigid.\" While the result could appear entirely natural to the eye, a certain rigidity could be felt to the touch. Unlike traditional implants, Motiva implants offer a <strong>flexibility closer to that of breast tissue</strong>. Ergonomix2® implants are in fact 45% more flexible than first-generation Ergonomix® implants. These implants thus achieve a very natural result, whether to the <strong>touch</strong> or during breast <strong>movement</strong>.</p>\n<p>The soft silicone implants used by other laboratories actually have a membrane that is less elastic than the Ergonomix2, with their flexibility instead coming from a lower fill ratio of the implant. The danger of this method is that the implant carries a greater risk of folds and rupture. Unlike these implants, the Ergonomix2 currently offers the best fill rate and elasticity on the market, to the point that the laboratory offers a <strong>lifetime warranty</strong> against the risk of rupture.</p>\n<h2>Smaller scars and faster recovery</h2>\n<p>Based on our knowledge, Ergonomix2® implants offer the <strong>best elongation capacity</strong> of any implant currently available. Scientific studies have shown an elongation capacity twice the standard and 33% greater than first-generation Ergonomix® implants.</p>\n<p>This elongation capacity allows the surgeon to make a <strong>smaller incision to place an implant of the same size</strong>. For example, a 3.5 cm incision generally allows an implant with a volume of between 335 and 360 cc to be placed. With Ergonomix2®, an incision of the same size allows an implant with a volume of between 475 and 560 cc to be placed.</p>\n<p>For the patient, this means <strong>faster recovery</strong> and a <strong>less visible scar</strong>. In the case of an inframammary incision, the inframammary fold will be better preserved. In the case of a periareolar incision, the result will also be more natural, as the contour of the areola will also be better preserved.</p>\n<p><a href=\"/en/breast/breast-implants/#cicatrices\">> Learn more about incisions and scars in breast augmentation</a></p>\n<h2>Increased safety thanks to Smoothsilk® nanotexturing</h2>\n<p>When it comes to breast implants, a distinction is often made between <strong>smooth implants</strong> and <strong>textured implants</strong>. Textured implants are supposed to prevent the implant from shifting within the breast and to reduce the risk of capsular contracture (\"hardening\").</p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the scientific studies published on the subject have not conclusively proven their effectiveness. Furthermore, studies have shown that textured breast implants have been associated with <strong>inflammatory complications</strong>, which in exceptional cases can unfortunately favor the development of <a href=\"/en/news/bia-alcl-risk-breast-implants/\">Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL)</a>.</p>\n<p>First- and second-generation Motiva Ergonomix® implants offer a <strong>much finer texturing (nanotexturing)</strong> than traditional (microtextured) implants. The texture provided by <strong>Smoothsilk®</strong> technology has such a low roughness that it is considered smooth under ISO classification (International Organization for Standardization).</p>\n<p>A study published in Nature Biomedical Engineering showed that implants with an average surface roughness of 4 μm, such as Motiva implants, significantly <strong>reduce the risk of inflammation</strong> and fibrosis.</p>\n<p>Based on our current knowledge, Motiva implants are the implants that provide the <strong>greatest safety</strong> for patients in terms of implant displacement and inflammatory reaction risks.</p>\n<h2>Easier traceability with Qid technology</h2>\n<p>The \"Implant Files\" revealed gaps in implant traceability on the part of some practitioners or clinics. Some patients sometimes find it difficult to know the exact references of their implants.</p>\n<p><em>Note: Dr Kron's patients have always been given the references of their implants. This is a \"passive\" device, meaning it does not emit a signal (but can respond to a signal sent to it), and therefore poses <strong>no danger</strong>. This technology has been approved by the American authorities (FDA) as well as CE marked in Europe.</p>\n<h2>Does Dr Kron use other implants?</h2>\n<p>Implants from the <a href=\"/en/news/motiva-breast-implants/\">Motiva Ergonomix® range</a> are currently favored by Dr Kron in the vast majority of the breast augmentations he performs. Based on his knowledge, these are the implants that provide the <strong>best result (thanks to their superior plasticity and elasticity)</strong> while promoting <strong>fast recovery</strong> and <strong>increased safety</strong> for patients. Thanks to the quality of their membrane (described as smooth but actually nanotextured), they minimize the risk of secondary inflammatory reaction. Their higher fill rate (thanks to the quality of their \"supersilicones\") also minimizes the risk of folds or rupture.</p>\n<p>The use of Motiva implants is not, however, systematic.
